Ingredients for 8 fishcakes
What you will need
-1/2 potatoes(peeled and chopped)
-1pinch of salt
-12oz canned tuna (drained)
-2 tsp Dijon mustard
-1 green onion(finely chopped)
-salt and pepper
-tsp chopped fresh parsley
-3/4 cup flour
-2 eggs
-5cups breadcrumbs
-1cup vegetable oil
How to make it:
1.Half fill the saucepan with water. Add the potatoes and a pinch of salt. Bring the water to a boil and for 12-15 mins
2.thoroughly drain the potatoes and put them back into the pan. Mash the potatoes and leave them to one side until they are cool enough to handle in step 4
3. Break the tuna into small pieces in a Bowl. Stir in the mashed potatoes, mustard, green onion, and parsley until they are fully mixed in. Season
4. Lightly dust your hands With flour a d shape the mixture into 8 (or more) fishcakes on a plate, cover with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes
5. Beat the eggs together in a dish and put the bread crumbs and flour on separate Plates. Coat each fishcake in flour, egg and then breadcrumbs.
6. Heat olive oil over medium heat. Shallow fry the cakes
For 2 minutes on each Side, or until golden drain them on a plate lined with paper towels.

PIZZA
What you will need:

- Ham or other kinds of meat
- Pineapple
- Flat bread(or you can make your own dough)
- First you have to buy the flatbread(or make dough but im not teaching you how to make it)
- Spread the tomato sauce(or olive oil )on the dough
- then put what ever ingredients you want on top if you look at the top under "What you need"those are the toppings that i used
- Then put it in the ove for 16 minutes
- AND ENJOY!!!!!

FALAFEL WITH TZATZIKI
THINGS YOU WILL NEED
FOR THE TZATZIKI
THINGS YOU WILL NEED
- 15-oz can chickpeas(drained)
- 2-3 sprigs fresh parsley(torn)
- 1/2 small onion(chopped)
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1tsp ground cumin
- 1 garliv clove(chopped)
- 2 tbsp flour+extra for shaping
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 olive oil
FOR THE TZATZIKI
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint(optional)
- salt and pepper
- 1 garlic clove (crushed,optional)1 cup plain yogurt
- Put the chickpeas,onion,garlic,cumin,coriander,flour, and parsley into a food processor and blend them together,until they are smooth
- Lightly flour the work surface and turn out the mixture. Divide into 12 equal portions and shape each portion into a flat, round patty
- Pour the oil into the frying pan and heat.Shallow-fry the falafel for 3-4 minutes on each side,or until golden crisp
- Take the cooked falafel out of the frying pan with a slotted metal spatula. Place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain the excess oil
- Deseed and then grate the cucumber. Wrap the cucumber in a clean dish towel and firmly squeeze out any excess moisture into a small bowl.
- Mix together the grated cucumber,yogurt,lemon juice,mint,and garlic. Season with salt and pepper and serve tzatziki with the falafel!

Corny Corn Bread With YUMMY YUMMY Icing!
Stuff You will need:
1 1/2 cups of water
Corn bread mix
Mixing Bowl
Spatula/wooden spoon
Non stick spray
Steps To Make YUMMY corn bread:
Preheat oven to 375
Put in oven for 30-35 minutes
Sit back and relax untill baked (BUT KEEP EYE ON OVEN)
Once fully baked take out of the oven
Give it time to cool for 10-15 minutes
ICING IS OPTIONAL
